Printing & Framing
All pieces are kept in original dimensions and printed on a custom fine art paper specially developed to match the texture of the original certificate. Prints are mounted behind a premium "passe-partout" mat that adds to the visual appeal of the piece. This is a stunning method of framing and the preferred choice of most artists and galleries for this size of prints.
Our premium frames are available in black, white, natural oak, and natural wenge. Each frame is handcrafted from premium, FSC-certified hardwood and glazed with museum-grade protective acrylic glass to ensure longevity. All pieces arrive with pre-installed hanging hardware for easy installation. Frames feature an elegant 0.6" (15mm) profile and measure 18.5" x 13.8" (47cm x 35cm).

TRUMP HOTELS AND CASINO RESORTS INC.
Donald Trump's foray into the casino industry began in the early 1980s with the purchase of properties along the Atlantic City boardwalk. His initial partnership with Holiday Inn led to the opening of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in 1984. Trump expanded his casino portfolio by purchasing and renaming the Atlantic City Hilton to Trump Marina and acquiring the unfinished Taj Mahal property from Resorts International. These acquisitions signaled Trump's ambitious vision, but also led to financial strains, particularly with the Taj Mahal, which was completed using high-interest junk bonds.
The early 1990s saw the company grappling with financial issues, culminating in a bankruptcy filing in 1991 due to the immense cost of the Trump Taj Mahal project. Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts went public in 1995, hoping to alleviate financial pressures, but continued to face challenges, including another bankruptcy in 2004. This period was marked by numerous restructurings, with Trump's stake in the company significantly reduced. Despite these efforts, the company filed for bankruptcy again in 2009, highlighting the ongoing difficulties in the highly competitive casino industry.
Post-2004 bankruptcy, the company, renamed Trump Entertainment Resorts, distanced itself from Trump's active management. It navigated through a complex landscape of failed deals, management agreements, and further financial restructuring. The 2009 bankruptcy was particularly notable for the legal battles and negotiations involving various stakeholders, including Trump, who fought to retain his brand's association with the casinos.
The final chapter of Trump Hotels and Casinos saw the closure of the iconic Trump Taj Mahal in 2016, marking the end of the company's operations in the casino industry. The subsequent years were focused on settling remaining financial and legal matters, with the demolition of the Trump Plaza in 2021 symbolizing the end of an era. This period reflected the challenges of maintaining relevance and profitability in the dynamic casino market and the eventual folding of a once-prominent player in the industry.
