ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our museum-grade print takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. Print-only orders usually ship within 24 hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. All orders are shipped expedited with UPS and typically spend 1 or 2 days in transit.

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE?

No, we do not include an invoice with your order just a branded packing slip. Our fine art prints make great gifts. We also offer GIFT CARDS if you’re unsure of what to choose for that special someone.

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to SUPPORT@MARKETMEMOIR.COM so we can help.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

All orders ship expedited through UPS. In a rush? Let us help you make sure you get your certificate in time. Reach out to us at SUPPORT@MARKETMEMOIR.COM.

MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing SUPPORT@MARKETMEMOIR.COM and we will track it down.

CAN I FRAME THESE PRINTS MYSELF?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a "no frame"-option.

ARE THE CERTIFICATES ORIGINAL?

All pieces on our site are high-quality productions, reproduced by professional conservationists using the same technique applied by museums around the world and printed on the FSC-certified Hahnemuhle fine art paper.

Many originals are worth thousands and have become increasingly hard to come by. Our customers choose us to get access to the decoration elements of these historical pieces without the auction hassle and hefty price tag of the original certificates.

CAN I MAKE ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS TO THE FRAME FOR A SMALL FEE?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any customizations at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?

All of our frames are hand-made from premium wood. FSC-certified, naturally.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR HANGING HARDWARE?

Each piece comes ready-to-hang with hanging hardware pre-installed to effortless installation.

ARE YOUR PRINTS GLOSSY OR MATTE IN FINISH?

All of our artworks are printed on a heavy 270gsm subtle-textured matte archival 100% cotton rag fine art paper.

DO YOU USE GLASS OR ACRYLIC FOR YOUR FRAMED ART?

We use a thick sheet of anti-reflective UV-protective premium glass for all of our fine art prints. Despite being more expensive than regular glass and acrylic, we’ve chosen to frame with museum glass because it offers a beautiful finish and superior protection.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the framing process. Sorry!
