Printing & Framing
All pieces are kept in original dimensions and printed on a custom fine art paper specially developed to match the texture of the original certificate. Prints are mounted behind a premium "passe-partout" mat that adds to the visual appeal of the piece. This is a stunning method of framing and the preferred choice of most artists and galleries for this size of prints.
Our premium frames are available in black, white, natural oak, and natural wenge. Each frame is handcrafted from premium, FSC-certified hardwood and glazed with museum-grade protective acrylic glass to ensure longevity. All pieces arrive with pre-installed hanging hardware for easy installation. Frames feature an elegant 0.6" (15mm) profile and measure 18.5" x 13.8" (47cm x 35cm).

History of Consumer Technology
The establishment of early computing devices in the mid-20th century set the stage for the personal technology revolution. In the 1950s and 1960s, IBM led the charge by introducing the IBM 701 in 1952, the first commercial scientific computer. This innovation demonstrated the transformative potential of computing technology in business and everyday life, laying the groundwork for future advancements in consumer tech.
The 1970s marked the emergence of personal computing and video gaming, fundamentally changing the consumer technology landscape. Atari, founded in 1972, revolutionized entertainment with the release of the Atari 2600 in 1977. This console became a household name, making video games a staple in homes and sparking the growth of a massive gaming industry. Atari's success highlighted the emerging market for consumer electronics and showcased the potential for substantial financial returns.
The 1980s and 1990s saw the ascent of personal computing giants Apple and Microsoft, which redefined the landscape of consumer technology. Apple, established in 1976, introduced the Apple II in 1977 and the Macintosh in 1984, making personal computers accessible and user-friendly. These innovations underscored Apple's focus on design and user experience, setting it apart in a competitive market. Simultaneously, Microsoft, founded in 1975, revolutionized personal computing with its MS-DOS operating system in 1981 and Windows in 1985. These products made computing versatile and widespread, driving the adoption of personal computers in households and workplaces globally.
The early 2000s ushered in a new era of consumer technology with Apple's launch of the iPhone in 2007. This groundbreaking device combined a phone, an iPod, and an internet communication tool, revolutionizing mobile technology and communication. Apple's continued innovation solidified its position as a leader in consumer tech. Meanwhile, IBM shifted its focus to enterprise solutions and artificial intelligence, providing crucial support for consumer tech advancements behind the scenes.
