Printing & Framing
All pieces are kept in original dimensions and printed on a custom fine art paper specially developed to match the texture of the original certificate. Prints are mounted behind a premium "passe-partout" mat that adds to the visual appeal of the piece. This is a stunning method of framing and the preferred choice of most artists and galleries for this size of prints.
Our premium frames are available in black, white, natural oak, and natural wenge. Each frame is handcrafted from premium, FSC-certified hardwood and glazed with museum-grade protective acrylic glass to ensure longevity. All pieces arrive with pre-installed hanging hardware for easy installation. Frames feature an elegant 0.6" (15mm) profile and measure 18.5" x 13.8" (47cm x 35cm).

The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
Founded in 1869 by German immigrant Marcus Goldman, Goldman Sachs began as a modest commercial paper business, assisting New York City merchants in securing short-term financing. In 1882, Goldman’s son-in-law, Samuel Sachs, joined the firm, establishing M. Goldman & Sachs, which was simplified to Goldman Sachs in 1885. Early on, the firm distinguished itself by developing expertise in commercial paper financing and underwriting, leading its first large industrial IPO for United Cigar Manufacturers in 1906. This early specialization allowed Goldman Sachs to take an increasing share of the early 20th-century IPO wave, driven by the US's rapid economic and industrial expansion.
In the 1920s, Goldman Sachs expanded aggressively, creating the Goldman Sachs Trading Corporation, an investment trust designed to amplify returns through leverage. However, when the trust collapsed during the 1929 stock market crash, investors suffered heavy losses, leading to public backlash that shadowed the firm for years. Despite this setback, Goldman Sachs rebuilt its reputation with a client-centered approach, emphasizing conservative growth and a strong partnership model. In the 1970s, the firm diversified into mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory and risk arbitrage, both of which became core to its business. Under leaders like Gus Levy, Goldman earned a reputation for high-stakes trading and exceptional client service.
In the 1980s, Goldman Sachs solidified its status as a Wall Street powerhouse, managing high-profile deals like the $13.2 billion IPO of NTT in 1987—the largest public offering in history at the time. In 1999, Goldman transitioned from a private partnership to a public company under CEO Henry Paulson, raising $3.6 billion in its IPO. As the firm expanded further into asset management, private equity, and proprietary trading, its influence grew, though not without controversy. After the 2008 financial crisis, Goldman faced scrutiny for its role in the mortgage-backed securities market and paid a $550 million settlement to the SEC over allegations of misleading investors. Today, Goldman Sachs remains a dominant force in global finance, recognized for its leadership in M&A advisory, asset management, and capital markets, and continues to shape the industry worldwide.
